Domain provides an online platform delivering live webinars, educational content, and interactive learning resources focused on family law essentials. Our services include but are not limited to: live broadcast sessions, recorded content, interactive communication tools, expert-led discussions, and access to educational guides and program materials.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications or discontinuation.

5. User Conduct

By using our platform, you agree not to:

a. Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

b. Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

c. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.

d. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems or networks.

e. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or the data contained therein.

f. Use automated means, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access or collect data from the platform without our prior written consent.

h. Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the platform.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content without our express prior written consent.

6.3 User-Submitted Content

If you submit, post, or otherwise make available any content on the platform, including messages, questions, or feedback during live sessions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display such content in connection with operating and improving our services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1 Fees

Access to certain features or content may require payment of fees. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay all associated fees.

7.2 Billing

Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or as required by applicable law. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

7.3 Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any changes to fees will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

The platform and all content and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The educational content provided on this platform, including any information related to family law, is intended for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Users should seek qualified professional advice for their specific circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Domain, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform or its content.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the platform exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Domain with respect to the platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
